blog 5: Learn while you are sleep

Hello everyone!
Today I’m going to talk about the myths of the human brain that we read in the paper and the class done by Doctor Maldonado about it. It is a difficult topic for me because I don’t know too much about it, but I will use the class like my bibliography.
The myth that I consider more interesting is: Learn while you are sleep. I ask to myself why can’t this be real? It would be amazing, I just listened the classes in the night and it doesn’t be necessary to study too much, just studying something in the day and then listening the records in the night it would be enough to learn well and have good marks.
But it is too beautiful to be truth, this is not real. It’s truth that while we are sleeping the brain is working, but it has not the same level of working that it has during the day. While we sleep, we rest of all our worries, if we could learn in that moment we would be very tired and also, it woudn’t be a myth, everybody would be listening something in the night and everybody would have very good marks.
Like we can’t learn while we are sleeping we just have to study more, but something interesting that Dr Maldonado said is that to learn very well something we have to study and then we have to sleep to consolidate the knowledge. It’s different that the myth says but It’s a good tip to us.
